Welcome to the freshly launched Tereu Tereu website. We’re pretty psyched to finally have a non-myspace cyberhome–much thanks to Ian’s rad designing skills and Brandon’s generous web-hosting. There might be a few kinks left to work out, so let us know if you stumble on anything unpleasant.
So, New York was a friggin’ blast. It was less like a tour and more like a vacation where we happened to play a few shows. We hung out with some good friends, checked out that David Byrne building, drank some great beer, and bought some new clothes. Heck, we even played some shows while we were there.
The Cross-Pollination gig was an especially good time; much thanks to Lisa and the liberated matter crew for setting that up. I think our Beatles cover went over pretty well, even if my guitar work sounded more Malkmus than McCartney; and it was nice letting Matt (and Dallin) handle lead vocals on Summer in the City.
This Sunday around 6:00 PM, we’ll be playing a radio show at The Third Rail in College Park, MD. They’re kindly putting us on their airwaves, and we’d love it if you tuned in. In addition to our live set, they’ll be playing live songs by all yr favorite indie rockers. If you’re in the DC/MD area, feel free to come watch the show live–it’s free!
